Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Tattoo (PACT) is licensed by the Oregon Higher Education Coordinating Commission, which allows our students to legally obtain a tattoo license to in the State of Oregon. We provide a comprehensive hybrid cosmetic tattoo licensure program. Our dedication to our students’ education will help them succeed in this exciting career. Our mission is to provide our students with the educational materials and experience needed to excel in the field of cosmetic tattoo. Students at PACT will explore the creative process of developing competencies in multiple cosmetic tattooing practices; we want our students to understand the science of tattooing, grow as artists, and be able to meet the needs of their clientele. Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Tattoo provides a wonderful learning environment and exceeds the cosmetic tattoo industry expectations in education.
To graduate from Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Tattoo and to be able to take the Oregon State Exam students must complete 360 hours of training. 210 theory/150 practical with a minimum of 50 completed tattoos.
Oregon Cosmetic Tattoo Hybrid program $12,500 (Includes machine and practice materials)
Our thirteen week hybrid program is broken down to two sections: First six weeks of theory is completed through distance learning, where students are able to study theory from home. The remaining eight weeks of practicals (hands-on) are completed at the Academy.

Application requirements
- Submit proof of being 18+ years of age and complete and submit an application form and pay appropriate fees.
- Submit proof of having a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
